Our products
Our charms and bracelets use standard 9 mm Italian charm links and fit most 9 mm Italian charm bracelets. We work hard to show every product accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and many charms are finished by hand, so small variations are normal. Charms contain small parts and aren’t suitable for young children.
Prices and payment
Our prices are set in US dollars. Where available, we show prices in your local currency to make shopping easier, and the currency you’re charged in is shown at checkout. Prices include customs duties and import fees for the countries we ship to, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a product is ever listed at an obviously wrong price, we’ll contact you before your order ships and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
After you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and costs are explained on our shipping page. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, as customs checks and local postal services can add time.
Returns, refunds and warranty
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, and our products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using our website
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, copying it with automated tools or using it for anything unlawful. All content on charmamore.com, including text, photos, graphics and our logo, belongs to Charmamore or our partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you live in the UK or the European Union, you still benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
