This page explains what happens to your email address when you join the Charmamore launch list. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The date you signed up and the country you signed up from (worked out from your connection, not stored as an exact location).
• A scrambled code made from your IP address, used only to stop spam signups. We never store the address itself.

What we use it for

Only to tell you when Charmamore opens and to send you launch news and offers. We don't sell or share your email with anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it is kept

On our own secure web server. It is not published on the website.

Your choices

Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any of our emails and ask us to delete your details, and we will.
